Ann represents both corporate and private clients in plaintiff and defendant capacities. Ann’s areas of legal practice include all aspects of criminal, probate, juvenile, civil, collections and bankruptcy court matters. Ann has successfully litigated Superior, District and Small Claims cases, achieving favorable results for her clients. Ann is certified in Children and Family Law matters while continuing to write for legal journals and donating time to pro bono legal assistance.

Ann is a native of the New England area and an honors graduate of several local universities. Her legal background is in civil defense trial work, having previously worked as defense counsel for a major national insurance company. Ann defended hundreds of cases with favorable results in complex, often difficult cases to win.
